- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR el recurso de suplica interpuesto contra el Auto del veintiseis (26) de julio de dos mil veintiuno (2021), proferido por el despacho de la Magistrada sustanciadora Diana Fajardo Rivera, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda promovida dentro del expediente D-14312.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR a la parte demandante, a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte, el contenido de esta decision, informandole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. ARCHIVAR el expediente D-14312, una vez ejecutoriada esta decision.
